- 1. In-home service: Developmental assessment and articulation of child/family goals through the development of an Individual Family Support Plan; support and implementation of goals.

- Decided by Public Health based on family income.
- Criteria for Service Eligibility
- 1) Birth to five;
- 2) Must fit under provincial criteria as set out in standards
- (a) Established developmental delay
(b) Environmental risk
(c) Biological Risk
- Application Procedures for your Organization's Programs/Services
- Referrals come through PUBLIC HEALTH. Anybody can refer or self - refer through Public Health.
- Meeting Places, Times, & Special Events
- In - home service/some centre - based programs for referred families.
